Ordered perfume in UK on June 30th. Order acknowledged by email. Waited until mid July and emailed to ask where goods were. Was told needed to wait 18 Working Days. Waited for two more weeks.Perfume has never turned up. Long email correspondence with implausible excuses, including Olympics holding up delivery.Latest email three weeks ago stated delivery would be by the end of that week. Still waiting. Must be a scam but Trade Services still advertising.

Yup, same thing with me, and when i confronted them they didnt even try to explain all I got was
"We are providing 2 options of delivery: Economy - Offers great value but does not feature tracking information or insurance
Insured - Tracking number and Insurance is included up to €150
You have paid for economy delivery.
We clearly state in our Shipping Policy that Trade Services takes no responsability for not insured orders lost or damaged in transit.
When checking out you confirm that you have READ and ACCEPT our T&C.
Terms and Conditions define how a contract is implemented for a customer organization. They define what is being sold under the contract; the price of the items being sold; how the items are shipped; how orders are paid for; how item returns are handled; and how orders are approved.
We have fulfilled the contract."
In translation, go f** yourself.
In conclusion trade-services is a major scam and please dont fall for it -
