I would like to make a complaint against this company. On 8/21 a deposit of $750 was made to my account. On 8/30 a payment was made in the amount of $550.00 ($350 principal and $200 service fee). 9/13 a payment was scheduled to be withdrawn from my account in the amount of $520. ($400 principle $120 service fee). On 9/13/12 I had 2 pending payments for $520 equaling $1040. I called customer service they explained that there was a problem with the system and that I should call my bank as well as send them a copy of my bank statement showing the pending payments. I did as requested. I was told that the additional $520 payment pending would not clear and that it should be taken care of by tomorrow (Friday). I check my bank account Friday 9/14/12 and both payment had cleared. I contacted customer service again and they told me they were still having problems and that my money would be returned to me along with any other fees that I incurred due to my bank account being overdrawn. The customer service rep ensured me that my money would be in my bank account by Monday 9/17/2012. I check my bank account this morning 9/17/12 and there still is no money deposited. I called customer services and spoke with a supervisor named Rodney. He still that they were still having problems with the system and that my money would be in the account by tomorrow 9/18/12. This is absolutely ridiculous...I'm beginning to believe I have been scammed out of my money. I felt as though I did what I was supposed to so...I borrowed money and paid back with interest and now I have to close this bank account and suffer the loss of about $520 and an additional fee of $210 in insufficient funds fees. The crazier part is that no one through this whole process has even called me to let me know what was going on. This place is a scam and it is my fault for doing business with this company.
