Original order canceled 6/18/12 (Friday) within time limit by phone. (NO PHONE ANSWER!)Repeated following Monday. Was told time limit had expired. "Cancel Auto order." Was told it had shipped. (Why was it shipped? - I still had nearly a month supply) I insisted on cancellation and credit to my account and was told "It was not company policy". After calls to Customer service several times, was finally given 'net' credit. CASE CLOSED - WRONG!
On 9/9/12 a strange debit to my account for $39.79. When called, looking at his records, he couldn't explain why the debit, and said he would remove the debit and "case closed.
As of 10:00 AM it is not credited.
