Called to order off the TV ad their "Free Trial". I told the customer service person I only want to try the Glucosulin - had to tell her 3 times - no other pills, just the Glucosulin. Received 2 bottles Glucosulin and Vitamins. Called to get RA# and returned Vitamins - received a credit for vitamins. Now getting billed for $99.98 for my first 2 bottles "Free Trial Offer". After 30 days of useing, these do not work, have not lost weight, diabeties patient- no change.Have been calling their phone for 3 days- during thier hours - no answer. Feel I have been scammed. Researched this product - their other web sites offer same product, same conditions, but for less money.Writing directly to company to stop sending pills, called visa not to pay them and filing complaint with local authorities- It's just a billing SCAM !
