I purchased the X L-series saddlebags 7/31/12 started having trouble with them immediately after installing them.
The right bags would pop open continuously sometimes a left saddlebags would pop open with them in the locked position.
I complained these people several times they sent me a new lock set which is identical to the one that doesn't work. Now they refuse to respond to any of my email.
My $519.90 is out the window. They say they'll improve the next run. After that no further communications from them. So it appears that stuck with a $519.90 piece of junk that I cannot use. They are not safe
use under any conditions.
