My granddaughter needed help in rehab, and they called me from this treatment center in Malibu and said they needed payment upfront in cash even though she had insurance. This man promised me they would reimburse me my payment if the insurance paid out. It did and he never paid me or called. he is a scam and a con. I gave him a year to pay up like he promised.
