Accepted my money and did not deliver as promised to viewers on Domainsherpa website.

Buys domain names, (proxy by GoDaddy) adds free software , fiddles with some codes, sells it and the website does not work.
Will email daily and show remorse and excuses. This goes on for months and if you ask for your money back he doesn't respond.
Seems to be in financial trouble. He grabs from you what he can.
