ordered shoes online, paid through paypal. received confirmation from mynycstore that order was received. update on website still says "processing". tried to reply to original e-mail address, but it BOUNCED BACK. tried several times with same result. sent email to address shown here, and address shown on paypal site, but have had no response. also have sent several emails through their "contact us" form (no phone number), with no response to date.
