I moved from Colorado to California on August 6th. My household items were delivered on August 8th. I discovered that there were several items that were missing, and I have items that are not mine. I contacted Budget Van Lines (the contractor for several companies), and was put in contact with Mr. Darryl Bates, Customer Services Supervisor. I have talked to him several times, and left several unanswered messages. The last two times that I talked with him, he assured me that the movers would contact me "soon" to schedule a re-delivery. I have not heard from them. What are my options?
