Recieved trial offer and did not read the small print cancelling the product before they withdrew another $105.93 from my account.
I take responsibility for not cancelling sooner, but because I refused to accept yet another package of the product and put "return to sender" before I called to cancel, they are ending up with my money and the product. When I called, they refuse to refund me for the product I sent back and refused to send the paid for product back. All of this happened within the week I got the product. Therefore, they have the product that was paid for in full and I am out both the product and the money. I don't think this is a good way to do business and it is my opinion that the company exists on doing things of this nature. There is no telling how many millions of people get their
second or third shipment and are charged before they realize they need to stop it. I don't have a solution, but I will not ever purchase a product that does automatic draws on my credit card again. "BUYER, BE WARE!
