I have never heard of this company before, until recently when I checked my account and saw there was an electronic check that took money from my bank. I have NEVER authorized voip to withdraw money from my account. I have NEVER heard of them or did service with them before. I NEVER received any notice of this. I don't know how they got my information, but they were not authorized to withdraw money from my account. I called, but it goes to an automated message. I never confirmed anything with this unknown company before. I did look them up after this, and found many similar stories. I want my money back!!

I was refunded my full amount of $25.95 back.
