I was scammed by this company out of a recurring charge of £75. I originally ordered the 'Free 2 week Trial' but did not notice the small grey T & C's at the bottom of the webpage saying that if you did not cancel within 14 days you would be sent another supply and charged 2 further payments of £37.50 each.
However when you phone the number given on their website it doesn't put you through to anyone and has you on a loop just saying the same thing over & over again.
I contacted my bank and reported this as fraud and they refunded the money back immediately.I have to complete a form regarding the details so they can investigate and possibly involve the police!
This company is a disgrace and needs shutting down.
I am now also going to register a complaint with the OFT also.
