Tonight I received a phone call from an Attorney stating a case # and that I had taken a cash advance and did not pay it back. They are going to file in a court in the State of California and will contact my employer who is the Guarantor of the check and they will have to appear in court with me. They had all my banking information,email address, street address and phone #, work information including my phone #. I have never taken a pay day advance with this company. I looked in all my spam email no Cash Advance America.

- I want them to be stopped. There should be something that can be done legally to shut these people down. Threatening me, accusing me and contacting me on my cellphone is predatory behaviour.
