I purchased mother's day flowers and a pop up appeared on the screen to save on shipping for the next flower purchase. Little did I know by signing up for this shipping discount that I was joining easy saver rewards program. For the last two years this company has been taking out $14.95 out of my account. I called them with my bank on the line and ask them to canel my account and in the process forward me documents giving you permission to use my banking information that I gave to proflowers to purchase flowers. The phone went silent and he continued to read from a script. Lesson learned pay attention to my bank account and never do business with proflowers. I thought I was purchasing flowers no idea I was purchasing a scam. I would like a full refund for a service that I did not use
