Claimed had all these houses, pretended to be a builder to get rediculous deal on landscaping. kept lying and stringing along, finally i said i need some money, he threatened me with his "laywers" guys a total loser, scam artist. Tried to get me to buy houses, said he would give me 20,000.00 each to buy in my name and tranfer back. Cash up front...or better yet dont work for crooks...moneys not worth it!! Hasnt payed me one cent, claims to be Supertec...sketchy...stay away, buy a quality home from an honest person. my two year old son owns his yard.

As to response to the false report against our clients Mr. Brah:
Purchasers entered into a contract to purchase a home from Mr. Brah and had put a $35,000 deposit and removed conditions. After removing conditions client hired a landscaping company to complete the landscaping to there newly purchase home before closing date.
Landscaper started his work and completed 70% of the landscaping when he was notified by the builders that the Purchasers had backed out of there deal and where in breach of contract. Landscaper tried collecting funds from the Purchaser when he realized they have no money and where not able to close on the house deal. The landscaper then turned and tried to collect funds from Mr. Brah. We have told the landscaper since Mr. Brah did not hire you he will need to collect funds from the purchasers who are in default and breach in contract. However, Mr. Brah did offer the landscaper to cover his costs of the 70% completed work in amount of $7,000, which he has declined.
Purchasers have asked fro their deposit returned and that request was declined due to breach of contract and damages that where occurred.
