My wife responded to "Monsoon Outlet" web site and ordered a dress from the legitimate catalogue. E -mail discussion followed with e-mailed picture of dress. Assured of size, colour and ability to make dress. A dress worth about $5 in junk shop arrived further e-mails with apologies for shipping wrong dress. Company now disappeared into the ether. Bastards !
