same as those noted above. My wife ordered the "free trial" product and was billed as advertised, then an additional debit appeared on my statement for 89.95. I have filed a fraud complaint with my bank as it appears from the previous complaints that it is a waste of time to try to deal with this company.

FOLOWUP, I TRIED CALLING LEVELA AND WAS ABLE TO REACH A 'CUSTOMER SERVICE REP'. RELATED MY COMPLAINT AND HE BEGAN TO TELL THAT IS IS NOT A FREE SAMPLE BUT IS A FULL MONTH'S SUPPLY WITH A 14 DAY TRAIL PERIOD, I ASKED WHEN THE PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED AND RCVD ACCORDING TO THERE RECORDS. IT WAS RCVD ON 8/31 SO TODAY WAS THE 14TH DAY.. I ADVISED I WAS DISPUTING THE CHARGE WITH MY BANK AND WOULD NOT BE PAYING THIS.. HE THEN OFFERED TO REFUND THE 89.95 .. I WILL SEE IF THIS HAPPENS AND UP DATE YOU..
IT APPEARS THAT THEY ARE MISLEADING IN THEIR AD EITHER INTENTIONALLY OR MAYBE ACCIDENTLY(I DOUBT IT AS I'M SURE EVERY WORD IN THEIR AD WAS REVIEWD BY AN ATTORNY).
THE CSR GOT UPSET WHEN I REFERED TO THEIR OPERATION AS A SCAM.
