I invested in MoneyFactor.biz which was a HYIP site.
Everything seemed to go well for 11 days, payments were made when investments matured until 09/11/12 the site disappeared along with over 2 million dollars of investors money!!!!
Can anyone advise how to track this person down and get our money back??
I have domain registration details, address in Netherlands which was on emails, his STP user name where money was deposited, I have contacted STP and also the domain company to try and find out more details on this person who is an absolute scammer.

I to was scammed by Money Factor Biz - Patrick M Martinez I invested in MoneyFactor.biz which was a HYIP site.Everything seemed to go well for 11 days, payments were made when investments matured until 09/11/12 the site disappeared along with over 2 million dollars of investors money!!!!Can anyone advise how to track this person down and get our money back...

- Well, let me join the club! I was scammed out of $500 plus profit. All looked well until I went to check my account on 9/11/12 and there was no site to log into. This Patrick Martinez guy seems to be pretty slippery. Any advice or updates would be appreciated. Thanks, Greg

- I also used to invest on MoneyFactor, it was just fortunate that I was able to pull out my money before it turned scam. He once sent me a payment thru this address [email protected] on my egopay account. Maybe there are ways of tracking a person's IP thru his gmail. Hope this helps and I wish you can have your money back.
