On 5/24 I paid in advance for a piano move through Brokalay Moving of Mineral Point. Contact person and owner is Melvin Levins. After several appointments made for the move during a 5-6 week period, the company never showed. I ended up having to move the piano myself by renting a piano dollie through A-Z Rentall. Mr. Levins said that he was cheaper than anyone around and he requested prepayment through paypal and I complied. It was several weeks after that I realized I had been a victim of a scam. I then reported him to the BBB of WI and the Wis. Dept. of Consumer Protection and they followed up with their complaint form and letter to the owner. On 5/24/12 I was notified through Sears paypal that $160 was credited to my account. So, I have received refund but was advised by Consumer Protection to let you know about this.
