I placed an order for a sample of AlsoSalt salt substitute on the internet July 1, 2012. It takes 3 to 4 weeks before I was to receive the salt substitute. On the day I ordered the sample the company sent me the address to check on the status of the order along with the confirmation of the order.
I have checked on the order several times during the month of August with no response from the company.
Yet my credit card was charged on July 1,2012. Can you help me get an answer or the sample if nothing else my $5.50 returned to my credit card. I appreciate you help.
