This company is a complete sham. They need to be brought to justice. There are groups out there trying to put these guys in the hole! Google will help you find them. Currently 9/10/12 if you add the word complaint to the end of this companies name there are 3 websites on the top 3 of the results that might help you!
These people make HUGE false promises of building a indoor water park to help push (or SHOVE) the sale. They charge insane interest rates. I took on a $10,000 loan that will total $20,000 (not even including the insane maintenance fees they charge). The maintenance fees alone make me feel like I am making a second house payment.
These people need to be put to an end!
