I ordered this product after hearing about it on Sirus Radio on CNN station. When it arrived I set it on my home desk, got busy at work and forgot to take it. I called to cancel future orders and after giving them my info I was told the "computers were down". I called back another day and cancelled future shipments but they sent me more product and charged me a $29.00 US shipping charge; an excessive charge for a shipment sent by USPS. After several calls to them they gave a RA number. I sent the product back on JULY 17, 2012 and as of today's date, September 10, 2012 I have not received a refund for the returned product. I sent it via UPS and according to the tracking number they received it on July 23, 2012, signed by 'Robert'. And like other customers of Retoxor all they wanted to do on the phone was send me more product.
