We appoint Builder and ask for quit our living room extension and some other fishing work he bring reasonable price and discus all time and payment also he agree to pay by bank we sign contract and pay him first instalment sum of 3000, and he start work just done three days work and require 2nd installment in advance we ask him he said he want bay window and door because he found good deal we transfer to his bank 3000 more after the payment he never come back leve my house with mass and big hols damage my kitchen walls and open all sewerage pipe any runaway we try to call him but no answer we call police as well but they said this is no police case i have loose my money and also he damage my property. need help refund my money I have all prof.
