I was checking my bank balance online, and noticed this on pending charges. I googled it and found it on scambook. I found the phone number (727)478-6005. A foreign lady answered, asked for the last 4 of my card number and amount of money. She brought me up by full name and advised I bought an electric cigarette charger. I then got angry and told her I most certainly did not and I wanted my money back. She said she'd refund the charge and hung up. Two hours later, it wasn't even in my pending transactions. SCAM ARTISTS!!
