I placed an order with PrintingTheStuff.com and spoke to "Steve" on the phone about my order. He was friendly enough and guaranteed that my printing order (with a deadline) would be complete and delivered by September 7th. He informed me that his company prints everything in Miami and that they pack and ship it themselves. This was not true because the package was detained in customs because it was coming from Pakistan. I didn't receive my order by the deadline, and I lost business because of it. This company ruined my project and I lost a lot of money because of it (not only the money I paid them $410)
I called and emailed but they didn't answer the phone after they got my money and they didn't return any of my emails.
This is terrible customer service. They should have returned my calls or emails, apologized and refunded my money for lying about where the company operates.
They have a 1-888 number and also a Canadian number. Stay away if you are printing with a deadline. Your order will be coming from Pakistan and you won't know when you will actually get your stuff.
