I had a contract for advertising for 2011 and paid up front $1749.60. They never distributed the book where they said they were going to. 90% of my customers never recieved the book. The new sales rep contacts me to renew for 2012 and I said no way! She said she cancelled me out. I just recieved a bill for the first month of the new 2012 book which I haven't got yet. They are saying that my contract automatically renewed! I never met with the sales rep or signed a new contract! Why in the world would I pay for something that I never recieved, and never got anybody to apologize or even call me back!
