I have been unable to resolve a dispute with the bookclub. The deal was buy 9 books, get the tenth free. My account got scrambled every time I tried to use a bonus given. Bonus like buy one get one free, I mailed the coupon, they trashed it and denied it. I recieved the book ordered. Three times I caught them in the act of alledged mismanagement. I tried to quit several times over the years. Every time my account became scrambled. Collection agencies are harrassing me with balances I was overcharged. I have a copy of a fax from my Lawyers to order them to stop contacting me. They still do by email. I spammed them.
