I received a letter in the mail from ocean bloom international group claiming that i had one 250,000 dollars from a lottery website that i had signed up for so thats why i thought this was real and not a scam because they did not ask for money or anything of the nature that scams normally ask for so i figured that if the check they sent me was fake the bank would hold it and see if it was fake or not well the bank held it for two days and then released the funds to me i then used the money to pay off bills and debts that i owed and then a representative from this so called company calls me and says i am to send the tax money from the check via western union and thats when i new it was a scam but i had already spent the money paying things off that i owed except what i was supposed to put back for what i owed for taxes so i waited trying to figure out what i needed to do next and my bank calls me telling me that the check was a fake now they tell me i know that this is partly my fault but i think it is also my banks fault for not making sure that it was not a fake before releasing the money to me now i have to pay the money back or i will be prosecuited but i dont have access to that kind of money and i have no one i can borrow it from and i do not want to go to jail for a crime i didnt commit either so what do i do
