On 8-20-12 I returned items back to nomorerack and I provided them with tracking and order #'s to make the process quicker. I have not been issued any credit refund to this day. When I call the toll free number no one answers . I e-mailed numerous times and these people just don't know what they're doing. I have never experienced anything like this before. I called the corporate office today 9-10-12 and left a message/complaint. No one has called back .

do not take a store credit. if you used paypal open a dispute than wait a few days then escalate it. when i first found this website i updated the phone number info here for all of us. paypal called it a over the border transaction and the company scambook had was in vancover canada go to your account button look for privacy setting .check the box that says you are willing to talk to lawyers etc.... maybe if enough of us do this they will get shut down. i posted on facebook now they have blocked me .i put the company complaints from this website by copy and paste .when you respond to them copy and paste this in your emails .save all your emails . i have 30 sent to a folder .hit them from here, payapal your credit card company... etc. funny how they post rosie the robot bla bla bla has soon has you say something ...there watching this more than email thru the website
