On september 8, 2012 around 7:00pm I went to visit Tower city mall in downtown Cleveland, OH for the very first time with my 8 year old daughter. We had a hard time finding parking for at least 20 min driving around the Tower City Building. My visit was shortened due to the mall closing so we decided to get something to eat at the food court. We went straight to the Mcdonalds section to order a meal for myself and my daughter. The person taking the order look at me and asked me what would I like to order so we told her we wanted the Chicken Nuggets meal for my Daughter and I wanted the Big Mac meal for myself. The employee took my order for the Chicken Nuggets and told me the they didn't have meat for the Big Mac because they were closing. I was upset about not finding parking for 20 minutes and than the mall was closing and than she refused to make me a Big Mac meal. So my daughter got her food but I didn't. I hope this is enough information about my complaint. I their is anything esle needed about the complaint I can be reach at (Personal Info Removed). Thanks for hearing me out. I had the taste of a Big Mac left in my mouth. Very upsetting to my belly.
