I was in the process to purchase a condo at Pagoda Place and land in the Bahamas from World Wide Property Shop, now WWPOFFSHORE, and Annie Temple. I wired in money and noticed it didn't go to an escrow account so I demanded that she put it in an escrow account. She wouldn't do it but said she has a reputation and she would pay it back when she finished the condos. Well i tried to buy the land but that was not a clear title and unable to be purchased and the condos I found out are not being built. She has refused to give me back my money. She is a thief and a liar, A charletan and not to be trusted.

- Dear Warren, I have told you numerous times that once I resell your unit I would refund your deposit. You signed a contract with a non refundable clause on your deposit and then a short time later you requested to swap the deposit on a plot of land that you wanted to buy. You signed two different contracts both with non refundable clauses, I stated that this was not possible and you stated that you could no longer afford the price of the apartment, so as far as I was aware it was agreed and resolved that once your unit resold that your deposit would be refunded and that you would continue on the plot with the owner. the development is still going ahead so you are obviously ill informed. You never requested escrow at any time and it is not offered in general as it is very expensive to do so in that region. The land you mentioned in your above comment the owner is the administrator of the island and i doubt very much that he would appreciate that you are stating that his land does not have clear title as it is registered in the land department and has a clear survey on it. What is really the case is that you decided to purchase an offplan apartment and a plot of land and then decided you didnt want to go ahead because of your finances which is basically what you verbally stated to me. I have tried to resolve this with you, but I do not appreciate the above comments that you have written that I am a liar and a thief. Any client can see the emails where I have offered refunds and speak to my lawyer for character references. Again your contract states deposits are non refundable please bear that in mind when you post slanderous comments on the internet about someone who has already offered you a refund. You did not carry on your stage payments and basically broke your contract to purchase the offplan apartment prior to my decision to delay the build due to the financial crisis. I would suggest that you remove your slanderous comments and contact me for further talks.
