WAL-MART / T-Mobile PREPAID is a SCAM … you have to buy card to get device to function, then if not happy with device or does not function….As in my case the Laptop Stick was NOT compatible with my Windows 7 64bit systems - as advertised. Returned the device but WalMart would not take back the useless Refill card... You LOSE the money for the refill card...IT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!! - A SCAM... both T-mobile and Walmart make out like Bandits....

- I had a similar experience with Anytime phone, the air time card is necessary to use the phone, but is not returnable, the phone would not work.
