Just noticed this charge on my credit card statement, and am also seeking a refund. Haven't got the first foggiest clue who they are or what they sell... Full on SCAM.I will also be filing a complaint against AELSUPPORT.COM, as I have a sneaking suspicion that they are the same SCAM.
