Ordered male inhansment for 12.99 30 day money back. On sept.3rd 3 transactions were made against my account, totaling 304.49 called them and they said their was nothing they could do product was already sent.They also said I ordered 90 days supplly.

- Well what I would do is call your credit card company. Tell them you never agreed to that. Since this was a phone transaction the vendor is required to provide proof of your permission of the charges, this includes an audio recording of your call, I have worked in call centers in the past and all financial transactions were recorded because if a credit card company got a dispute they pulled those to send to them. Without them we would lose 100% of any disputes. (Sold television service, people liked the free trials but never called to cancel). If you didn't approve of them shipping 90 days worth then you don't have to pay them for it, plain and simple and you are not obligated to do such. The card company has bigger and better lawyers than you, let them deal with it. I ordered from them too, called and cancelled on the first day I received it. They call everyday asking for an updated shipping address for permission to ship it again trying to "trick" me into saying yes so they can charge me an outrageous amount for a herbal concoction I can construct myself for 10% of the cost.
