I Rodney Rodriguez,

Called Preferred Air-Conditioning Company Spoke to Holly request a cleaning on my lines to stop the condensation. My Tenant's wife allowed serviceman on 8/30/12 to do service, only to find out by her husband Tony; that the job was not properly done. Tenant Tony saw dirty lines and the whereabouts. I then called back 9/1/12 early that morning and was transferred to a different serviceman and explain that his team member didn't complete the service correctly. That afternoon Tenant Tony allowed serviceman in to precede the unfinished job. Tony then said everything seems to be going well until a popping sounds as serviceman try to twist off a part from the drain line cracking a line connecting to the drain or catch pan which is attached to coils inside AC UNIT. Tony then saw serviceman making a call to which he thinks was his office to relate what just happened. Serviceman then applied foam to stop the drips, which didn’t seem to stop help at all. Tony called after serviceman left to tell me about the incident about the cracked drain line and to call them early to discus about the dripping problem. Early morning 9/3/12 I received called from Holly the manager saying they saw a crack on the same specific part and in order for that to be fixed it would be $800.00 because of the labor and the extensive work behind it. I then told her that as per my tenant Tony, the part had been made by your serviceman as he tried removing a part from that line. Holly then start to stand her grounds by saying that my AC Unit is old an so forth, I then told her that the second serviceman did a great job and I would rather workout something with them to ease the relationship to get it solved, she refused and said she can’t do that. I tried to have Tony speak to Holly and said that she very rude. She said that he’s the tenant and she can’t discuss fixing my AC unit. Holly then told Tony to call me and to go against them any way I can.

I feel let down by their company only because they lack responsibly and prefer not to correct the situation or pay the mistake the serviceman did, only leads me to think that they think their incontrovertible. I am now having the tenant use a bucket for removing water from the pan. It is now a week and nothing was ever worked out because Holly refuses to accept any mistake from their end.
How do correct this problem please help?
