I contacted techfixnow July 30th,2012. The company was listed online. My problem was, The Internet Explorer could not display my web page. There was no cost indicated anywhere to access tech support. I called them @ (866-348-0117), and spoke with a man named Sulabh, in India. He "walked me through"
many steps trying to get me on-line. After about 15to20 min, He told me he would "take control"of my computor, and for me not to do anything. After another 15to20 min,he was able to display my webpage. While he still had "control", He asked for my credit card number. When I asked Why, Hetold me I needed to pay $219.95 which ensured me 1year of tech support. Since he had control of my computor, I had no choice but to pay him with my debit card.
I rarely get on line, but on the26th of Aug., I tried to get on line to pay my monthly bills.
I have not been able to do that. The internet Exployer, again, could display my webpage. I do not want to try to contact them again, but I need help and do not know who else to call.

I was given a password # 0727e063
Their e-mail address is [email protected]
Believe it or not, I was able to get on-line long enough to see if there is anything you or I can do to get a refund from them?
Thank you Linda V.
P.S.I was given the "hotmail address" by tech fix. (Personal Information Removed)
