I ASKED FOR A REFUND, AND THEY GAVE ME A HARD TIME AND STATED THEY WILL MAIL ME A CHECK WITHIN 15 DAYS, BUT THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A COPY OF A FORM THAT I SIGNED CALLED NOTICE OF CANCELLATION THAT HAD TO BE FILLED OUT WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE TRANSACTION
