I ordered a £4 item online only to have £69 deducted from my account.Contacted my bank who said they could not do anything since i provided my card details.The company stated they would return half the money but i insisted i want the full refund.
Can you help get my money back?This company are a scam.Nothing was mentioned about the £69,it was just taken out without my permission.
