(818) 900-9948 - I had applied for a personal loan with several companies on 09/04/12. First Loan America called me on 09/05/12 along with some other loan companies. I had been communicating with a Eric Wilson who was my Loan Officer. I don't even know if that was his real name or not. He told me that I had been approved for $4,500.00 and my monthly payments would be $280.00 for 18 months. He told me that I had to send the first moth payment of $280.00 Western Union which cost me $10.00 and that the $4,500.00 would be deposited into my account within a couple of hours along with my $280.00. I called my bank to see had the money been deposited into my account and it wasn't in there. On 09/05/12, I went on the Better Business Bureau website to check this so called company out and they had no complaints against them so I thought they were okay. I wish that I had gone under Google website then I would have seen this complaint that was filed against them on 07/06/12. I definitely wouldn't have dealt with them and I would still have my $290.00 in my pocket. They sent me a contract which I thought was real but I guess anybody can create a fake letter.
