I was the heights bidder and won a 2003 Honda accord ex from p.a wen I call to get info before I do a deposit the person on the phone told me the car was sold to another person.i told that the vehicle was sold to me and he said no u didn't have a deposit and I told hem I still have time(09/07/2012 12:00 pm) and he said sorry the car was sold and then I ask for my agent and he hang up the phone. I don't get it is this a scam

  • Being the highest bidder on salvageworld does not always guarantee the purchase of the car. The seller at times has a reserve requirement that needs to be filled... On top of that bidding on cars with no money in the account is counter productive. Please deposit a down payment before expecting to acquire cars... Common Sense at times goes a long way.
