Answered ad for home business opportunity. Had to contact firm after 30 days to get them to send materials. After examination, returned materials for refund as promised in ad. Contacted them through email to demand refund after 2 weeks. They promised I would receive it within 5 business days, but have yet to see it. Once again, I emailed them demanding my refund and they now refuse to respond. Beware these thieves!!!

We process refunds within 72 hours. However allow 4-6 weeks from the time you mail the package back. Please send us your customer/contact information and we can cancel the previous refund check and reissue a new one immediately.
If you had directly informed us by mail or email, that you did not get your refund check for whatever reason, we would have immediately sent you a replacement.
However, you chose to contact this 3rd party website, again omitting your customer/contact information and therefore continue to make it impossible for us to resolve this issue.
Please send us your information, we will then research our database, confirm your address we have on file and the date the check was shipped. We will also send you a replacement immediately. Please allow us to help you vs making it impossible to know who you are.
