My Tempur-pedic bed flipped to its upright position without my activation. The massage motor came on. without activation. Only by turning off the power source and turning it on again did the remote work. The ‘trouble shoot’ section of your manual is useless.
The company offers no assistance to customers out of eastern time zone after 5 pm. A HOT LINE is definitely needed. Company name is Leggett & Platt, Lexington, N.C.
