I Published with Trafford in July 2011. One of my Girlfiends bought the book through their "Canadian" Company and the damn thing fell apart on her before she even read it. Didn't look good for me. They told me to come up with the reciepts from the person that they actually did buy itfrom Trafford. In the meantime, my friend called the Canadian Store the and never recieved a refund or a new book. Doesn't look good for me or the Company and this was my first published book!! How embarrassing. I told them to send her a new book..they never did. The jacket of the book I also called about..it kept coming off..when you "tried" to read it. They said they would look into it for me...never heard anything yet! Then on the free author's copy..I recieved someone else's book and they got mine. Finally got my copy a week later.!
