On 7/29/12 my husband and I attended a seminar on "Getting rid of Unwanted Timeshares" at the end of the seminar we signed an agreement for the company to handle our transaction. It is stated on the contract we had 3 days to changte our mind and cancel the terms of the contract. On the 3rd day we decided to terminate the contract (8/1/12 at 1:25pm) we faxed the company and cancelled, following the instructions stated on back of the contract and the prior instructions that had been given at the seminar. The company has yet to release our money that was paid by credcit card through citibank in the amount of $8,685.00. Someone by the name of Mr. Lewis Martinez has called me time after time harassing me to go through with the contract and my answer is stilll NO. they are still holding up the return of my money. Please help. Thank You.

- I'm confused, are you saying you paid $8,685.00 up front to a company to handle a timeshare transaction? Isn't that more than a real estate co. would charge to show a home with no sale attached? Was that money supposed to SELL to them the timeshare you had previously held?
