I was viewing my account online when I saw the withdrawal from my account. I contacted my bank and canceled my card and filled out a fraud report.
Prestigious sent a rebuttal to my bank so everything is still being investigated.
I got a call from PNHS saying I had been selected as an executive member. The salesperson was adamant that I accept the offer and even kept lowering the price when I told him "I have no money." After declining many times I stated I had closed my business in August 2010 and did not wish to participate. He stated I was missing a great opportunity and perhaps could get my business up and running again.
After what seemed like forever, I again stated I was not interested and hung up.
I do not remember when this call took place but I do know I did NOT authorize any payment to be made because there was no money in my business account.
I have researched this company since this happened and found many people have had the same thing happen. The BBB also shows four (4) complaints in the last year and several people have contacted the Attorney General of NY.
