I PAID FOR A DOG GROOMING CLIPPER WITH MY CREDIT CARD. THE MONEY WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY CREDIT CARD AND I WAS GIVEN A POSTAGE NO FROM DINODIRECT AND TOLD THAT THE PARCEL WOULD ARRIVE IN SOUTH AFRICA BY THE 2 AUGUST 2012. IT IS NOW THE 5 SEPTEMBER 2012 AND MY PARCEL HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED. I HAVE PHONED THE POSTAL SERVICE HERE IN SOUTH AFRICA ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THE PARCEL IS NOT IN THE COUNTRY AS YET.
