I received a call around 10am telling me I was receiving a refund of $400.00 because the VIRTUAL PC DOCTOR business was closing...HELLO...RED FLAG...What closing businesses offer refunds...He preyed on my gullibility and I watched helplessly as he transferred $1500.00 from my account to another of a Karnesh Kumar Shraff.
