The complaint is against an online dating profile
The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity
The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity
The company or person contact no longer exists
International boundaries
The initial text comes to you as a text message from [email protected] stating, "Late relative's estate. Ps contact us asap."
To which I replied, "Reported you criminal(s) and this fraudulent racketeering crime to Federal and state law enforcement including NSA, Homeland Security Agency (perhaps these folks will actually do their jobs for once to protect Americans), FBI, FCC, FTC, Verizon, and others. Also posting your scam and all text message identifiers, e mail identifiers and phone number identifiers on all social networks and investigative media. Do not contact me again as your message(s) was unsolicited." Then as soon as I sent the text, I received this response via text message again. "Can't share much via sms. Contact Allen via email ([email protected]) for more info. Then I responded as follows, "Since you are intent on continuing this criminal pursuit against innocent consumer(s0 I am formally requesting the FBI, Verizon, FCC to immediately investigate and giving them permission to track you through these phone record contacts. Stop contacting me criminal." To which I have hearing nothing more since for the past hour. These events occurred on Saturday evening September 1, 2012 @ 7:45 PM and 7:55 PM Hawaiian time.

- I received a similar text on my phone today. The initial sender was different, but [email protected] was supposed to be my contact.

- There are two more notable things that occurred during this brief "exchange". First the text message and it took me 10 minutes to contemplate and forward my answer with having to schedule time in which to forward the referenced complaints. As soon as I forwarded my initial response notifying the fraudulent entity, Can't share much via sms. Contact Allen via e mail ([email protected]) for more info. The criminal is admitting that text messaging makes it easier for authorities to track his/her/its geographic positioning and frequency. Further, the criminal seeks to get the fraud victim to initiate contact with "Allen" by commanding the "mark" to contact Allen via E mail looking like the initiator. Don't fall for it, spread on all social networks, if it happens to you report to all relevant authorities and go viral. These are not mere hackers they are cyber-criminals and the more sophisticated and entrenched they become in all our personal information and systems, their ability to defraud and commit identity theft ruin innocent naive people's lives every day. We need to fight back as a united front.
