I checked my bank and Palm Loan advanced had written a remote check for 30 dollars. I notified my bank and had my account closed. I attempted to call them. You get a recording saying all reps are busy at this time. Then you hear a beep like it goes to voice mail and the line is dead. Just want my money back. The bank is turning over to their fraud department. I don't know this people, never spoke to these people. Please help.
