RECIEVED E-CIGARETTE IN MAIL FOR TRIAL OF 14 DAYS. I TRIED TO CALL TO CANCEL AND RETURN THE PRODUCT BUT NOONE WAS AVAILABLE TO HELP ME. WHEN CALLING 877-661-3244,ASKED FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TRANSFERRED TO EXT 228,MAILBOX WAS FULL. CALLED AGAIN....ASKED FOR RETAIL AND SOMEONE PICKED UP THAN HUNG UP TWICE. IF I DONT GET THROUGH TODAY THIS COMPANY IS GOING TO CHARGE ME $99.95 FOR KIT AND $49.95 A MONTH THEREAFTER.THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!
